Anxiety.......

We all have some fear.  Usually it is related to an object, event or an issue.  An object could be trying to get the house organized.  An event, would be having to go to the court house for a ticket.  An issue could be, how do I get my husband to listen to me.
When there has been a past situation of one of these events, that hangs on for a long time, and can't be avoided then we have a problem of anxiety sensitivity.  Anxiety sensitivity is related to learning experiences.  This in turn can lead to wrong thinking about the body sensations.  This then can lead to a preoccupation with the body sensations.
How do we find a way to get through this kind of loop?  A good way to start with this process is to learn how to unlearn what we have embedded in our brain.  We can become aware of the thinking process that leads to this reactivity.  We have a full minute to use our breathe and count.  This will help to engage the frontal brain region.  Please see a therapist if you can not get a grip on this kind of process.

LENS neurofeedback can help the brain to calm down and work in a more relaxed manner.
