Come to the calm of a well functioning brain.

I enjoy all of the functions of the brain.  Let's take a look at some of the ways to stop anxiety thought patterns.  One of the key factors is to become aware.  If the thought pattern of, Oh my God I just can't handle this anymore, is running around in your head,  Just sit back and notice it.  It will only last for a little while.  Notice what is happening in your body, is your heart beating faster?  Is your breathing getting faster and shallower?  Take time out to notice what your body is trying to tell you.  Walk around in your pain.

If you have a medical condition and this is dangerous for you, please see your doctor.

If you can get to the root of  these emotions then they will not have so much control over you.  I know it feels like a hammer is going to fall on your head and wipe you out.  Stay with it and notice the crazy thoughts that want to take over.  Am I good enough?  Am I just such a miserable human being that no one wants to be around me?  Understanding these emotional tags and acknowledging them is important.  This energy will pass, understand that it is just trying to drag you down.
.
Accept this moment,  this is what has been chosen.  If there is violence in your mind, learn to accept it as a part of you.  This is the part that fades away, if we become aware of these thoughts.  Don't try to push it away, learn to sail away with it.

LENS can create a place of calm in the brain.  It can help to lift the thought patterns that keep us stuck.
