Have you ever wondered about being in the flow???

Does being in the flow mean that we are having a spiritual experience or is this our natural state?  Two people were asked these questions, two people with PhD. after their names.  One of these people is a clinical psychologist by the name of Ben Michaelis PhD.  He states that we are pattern seeking.  This means that we want things to be familiar.  But when we are stressed this pattern seeking is even more important.  We are also used to letting go of our control to others, especially at birth when we have to depend on others for our survival.  This letting go and pattern seeking can be related to finding the flow in ourselves by a steady letting go of control and here we go....
The next person is a neuroscientist, his name is Judson Brewer M.D., PhD.  He has studied this human condition and has found that we are much like someone driving a car with both feet.  This is called the default mode network.  We have the brakes on while the rest of us is trying to work from a place of flow.  Letting go of the small stuff, so the Grace of God can flow and that this is our natural state.  This is not forced.

LENS neurofeedback can create this flow in the brain.  We are able to let go and enjoy the ride.
