How can I understand a personality that is difficult???

Here are some more of the personalities that psychology considers difficult, mostly because these people blame everything that happens to them on the people or things around them.  Please don't point fingers and call people around you these names.  We all have a little of these personality types within us.
Histrionic personalities are extremely emotional and attention-seeking.  This may include excessive sexual seductiveness.
Narcissistic people have grandiosity and self-absorption; an insatiable need for recognition; a lack of interest in others.
Avoidant people have a sense of inadequacy and a  extreme sensitivity to being seen as flawed and a fear of social interaction.
Dependent people are clingy and submissive.  They have difficulty with assuming responsibility for decisions or disagreeing with others.
Obsessive-Compulsive are defined as rigid and over-adhere to rules.  They are not yet OCD which is Obsessive Compulsive Disorder.

LENS can help to keep the brain functioning at a good level so that these tendencies can be smoothed out.
