  • Here we are, are you still inside with a person that likes to cut you up and fine shred you?  Here is some information from the experts.
  • Do not let yourself become isolated.  Reach out to people that support you.  They can help with the anxiety and depression response.
  • Do not stay inside 24/7.  Give your nervous system a break, get outside, fresh air and sunshine and movement do wonders.
  • Do not get caught up in game playing or toxic interactions.  Deflect instead of engaging.  How to deflect? Get a glass of water, walk away.  If the person doesn't have someone to play with then they will ??????
  • Don't expect to see a big change in behavior because you see a little change.  Change takes years and sometimes good help.  Look for consistent  caring, emotionally supportive behavior for a year or so.
  • Don't try to fix things.  When there is trouble walk away, get some water, disengage.  Don't keep adding wood to the fire.
  • I hope that this helps...

  • LENS neurofeedback helps to get the brain out of stress mode....
