Come to the calm of a well functioning brain.
We are amazing.....The researchers at the University of Colorado Boulder, have been looking into rats brains. They have been trying to understand why opoiods such as; morphine, oxycodone, and methadone are creating such an addictive response. These prescription medications are usually, given to people after a major operation. What the researchers are finding is that the immune system is triggered after just 5 days of using morphine. They found that the release of glial cells (they clear out infection) in the spinal cord increased for several months. So the pain signals to the brain, were actually increased by the opoiod use. The opoiods can help with the initial response but the continued aggravation to the spinal cord, which underlays the surface response, can create more problems. The research needs to be translated to humans, which is in the works.
Help to get off the drugs is what LENS can help you do. Why have a band aid when you can be free.
