Come to the calm of a well functioning brain.
I am sorry, but I do not have one for you. But here are some ideas to help you to find a good fit.
Find out what exasperates you! I have a limited ability to be compassionate when people are decidedly lacking in their ability to do their job. I have patience, however, if the person is exhibiting dullness towards what they are doing, please find a place that fits you better. There is a reason that you do not fit there. What are your habits? Are they getting in the way? Are you expecting others to fill in for you? What drives you? We do have a job to do. It is part of the fabric of life.
What compliments do you dismiss? Learn to listen to what others are saying about your abilities. So you have to shake it up a little to get where you want to be, so be it.
What do you think about, when you have nothing to think about? This is the underlying mechanism to your valuable self. I like to read, so I am always thinking of something that will make me wake up to this life of my choice.
Can you find new ideas to fit into what your doing now? Can you acknowledge the piece of yourself that is laying dormant, that wants to come out and say hello. Are you doing what others think you should be doing with your life? Are you feeling at a dead end? Get brave and dig this part of yourself out. I know a good career counselor.
Draw on your strengths. What keeps you going? Find projects that make the most of your strengths.
