Come to the calm of a well functioning brain.
Here are some characteristics of mentally strong people. They pursue their visions in the face of all overwhelming obstacles. They accept challenges that stand in their way and don't let these obstacles diminish their drive and dedication. May people fail for years before seeing any measure of success.
Much of what keeps mentally strong people moving forward is good mental habits. To begin with you need to create a healthy environment. Get up early and don't hit the snooze button. So that means that you get to bed early and don't stay for those extra cocktails. Do not lay in bed and ruminate about your past failures or what so and so did to block your way. Stand back up and face the next task and get it done, even if you don't like it. Do not take things personally, get past it. Know that there is no automatic success. Set a plan and stick to it. Don't let the negative haters get you down. You don't have to come from a great background or be extremely intelligent, just the forward drive will get you there.....> Luck may seem to stay away for awhile but she will show her hand when there is continuing effort. Don't give up. Everything is energy and that is all that there is to it. Match the frequency of the reality you want and you cannot help but get that reality. It can be no other way.
