Come to the calm of a well functioning brain.
In the last week I have read two articles that have rocked my world of consumerism. One of the articles was written by a man that followed the Good Will people around with the products that they receive. His estimate of the goods, was that 2/3's of the stuff that was given to them was sent to the landfill. The other article I just read, stated that the manufactures of clothes usually do not resale the clothes that we send back. They also end up in the dumpster or landfill. So if you are ordering 3 sizes and sending back 2 then the 2 end up in the landfill. So are we creating a place for our children to play with our thrown out stuff? I watched the trash collector throw my recycle in the trash area. I wash and clean most of the recycle. How much more are we wasting? How much more do we need? I have been in the process of organizing and throwing out what I no longer need. The clutter is stifling. I love to look on Amazon for the deals. I am having a serious conversation with myself about how much do I really need.
Our inner voice likes to tell us that there is never enough. We keep looking outside of ourselves for the answers to what really lie within. LENS neurofeedback will help to calm the brain and help to make it function well, without drugs or other addictions.
