Reminders through association....

Here is a little snippet about reminders from the Harvard Kennedy School, Center for Leadership.  Set up cues when you need them.
1. If you want to remember to take the garbage out in the morning, leave a crumpled piece of paper by the trash can.
2.  To pay a bill, leave the bill poking out of your wallet or purse.
3. If you need a new roll of paper towels, leave the dispenser empty.
Make the reminders obvious, so they stand out from other stuff in the room.

LENS neurofeedback can help the brain to process information better.
