Come to the calm of a well functioning brain.
I enjoy the wisdom of Rumi. Here is a good quote, "My dear heart, never think you are better than others. Listen to their sorrows with compassion. If you want peace, don't harbor bad thoughts, do not gossip and don't teach what you do not know."
Have you ever worked in the service industry? I have and I would like to help you to understand the lack of respect given to these people. Cell phones are a big problem. When you are trying to communicate with someone and they are having a conversation with someone else, this creates a difficult situation. The person will get mad at the person that is trying to serve them and become impatient. Why is our culture turning to this as a status symbol. The servers feel and fall into being degraded, and then the service that they are trying to provide is diminished. This interaction works both ways. If you are kind and considerate you will more than likely get that kind of treatment in return. People are not robots, they need interaction. If your attempts fail at the beginning keep at it. It is hard to clear the fog. Shall we start of movement of being genuine people that leave the judgement to God? LENS neurofeedback helps to calm the brain and keep it open and more sensitive.
