Come to the calm of a well functioning brain.
There is a way to find relief from all of this emotional storm that has been filling our lives. We can learn to accept that life will not always be happy. We can learn that all of the emotions are acceptable. This is a practice, a healthy practice, that is considered good in Japan and China.
I keep trying to find ways to get out of this loneliness and sadness that staying at home has created. I research, because that is what I like to do. I go out side to look at the trees and scare a deer out of my backyard. Hopefully, they will come back tomorrow. I find solace in the green of the grass, the dandelion wisps floating around. In the back of my mind I keep thinking that I need to be doing something to make this better, then I take a breath and find that I can be like the deer that sleeps in my back yard. The deer teach me to accept that, there is enough grass around. I will be taken care of. So is this happiness? I am not sure. I know that the less chatter I have in my brain, the more I can discover that I am okay with this present time, I will be okay. As I hope that you are. I can help with the past trauma that you have carrying around. LENS heals the brain.
