The third habit is to put first things first.  You don't have to do everything that comes along, it is O.K. to say no to some things.  You don't have to over-extend yourself.  This habit is about is about vision, and life management.  It helps to cement the first two habits.  Find out what you personally find worth doing, not what others have told you to do.  Highly effective people do not really manage time, they manage themselves.  Stephen then goes on to explain how to find your priorities.  He asks you to first find how you spend your time.  Are you constantly putting out fires or are you spending time finding your purpose and values?  He recommends making a mission statement.  This habit is very important. There are many levels to it.  It would be good to read the book and get better insights.

LENS neurofeedback is good at balancing your brain and your life.  Let's get to it.  It doesn't hurt and can only make you better.
