Come to the calm of a well functioning brain.
The habits have much more depth than I am covering here. I hope that you will look closer, they are truly life changing.
The second habit is to begin with the end in mind. This is the ability to envision, see the potential, create with our minds what we cannot at present see with our eyes and conscience. The first part of the creation is mental. This is creating the blue print for what we want our life to look like. You want to travel, go there. but first create the plan. Where, how and when will you get to this place. The second part of your creation is building what you have created from the blue print. What fun you will have when you get to the place you have created. Go to the ocean, go to Alaska, do what you have created. Get and do the job that you have always wanted. Flex your proactive muscles to get the juicy parts of life. LENS can create an environment of less stress in your life. We all need this.
