Come to the calm of a well functioning brain.
Researchers at UCLA have found more evidence about how the brain and the gut bacteria are connected. They conducted exams that included fMRI's, questionnaires, and examined gut bacteria. They found that of the 63 healthy people examined, if they had elevated metabolite indole, which is connected to the amino acid tryptophan, they would be prone to eating for pleasure, or over eating, which in turn could lead to food addictions. When these intestinal bacteria are elevated then the people had a greater connection to the brain's reward network, the nucleus accumbens and the amygdala.
LENS can help the brain to defrag and find a greater balance.
