The seventh habit is called, sharpen the saw. This is about balanced renewal in all four dimensions of human need: physical, spiritual, mental and social/emotional. With this renewal you increase your capacity to produce and your ability to handle challenges. Taking time to renew is actually about saving time. Feeling good is about making a conscious effort to live a balanced life. Taking the time to plan and understand your strengths and weakness, creates good health and vibrant energy. All this takes is desire, knowledge, and skill. I think that I am going to go through these steps with Stephen to get my life up and running with enthusiasm or peace, which ever needs to be expressed at the time.
