Come to the calm of a well functioning brain.

What makes this brain work?

We have an amazing brain that has 100 billion neurons.  A neuron is a brain cell, the cell body is shaped like a splattered spider with many dendrites coming off of it.   The dendrites are what receive the information coming into the brain.  The neuron cell also has a long tail that comes off of it that is called an axon.  The axon takes the information away from the cell, to another dendrite.  At the end of the axon we have branches coming off, that end in synapses.
When these neurons are jammed up (from emotional or physical trauma) we call this brain compensation.  The brain does not heal like a broken leg but keeps protecting the part of the brain that is damaged.  LENS neurofeedback can unlock these areas of the brain that have been protected.
